The firm.

A small California law firm built to be the single party responsible for a successful person's whole position.

To be privy is to be admitted to what is private. Let past the surface, into the room where things are decided. We took the name because it describes the job, and because a firm built on discretion should not have to shout.

I started this practice because I kept meeting people whose lives had outgrown their advice. Successful, capable, well served in every individual lane and badly served across all of them. The lawyer did not know what the accountant had filed. The wealth manager had never seen the operating agreement. Nobody held the whole thing, so the client did, usually at midnight.

So we built one table instead of four. Legal, tax, investments, real estate, the business, and the quiet logistics of a life, held by one firm and covered by one privilege. A text or a call, and it is handled.

If that sounds like what you have been missing, the plan review is the easiest place to start. Send us what you already have and we will tell you the truth about it.

Litigation

Trial practice, and the reason a structure built here is a structure that can be defended. Also stands beside people in dependency and criminal court, which is the proof of the maxim rather than a footnote to it.
